Over Two Decades of Jyotish, Guided by Logic and Lineage
Acharya Krishan Goswami is a Vedic astrologer, astrology entrepreneur and technology professional with over 20 years in astrology, bringing a practical, research-oriented approach to life's important questions.
A Journey Inspired by a Father's Legacy
Acharya Krishan Goswami is an experienced Vedic astrologer, astrology entrepreneur and technology professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of astrology. Combining the timeless wisdom of Vedic Jyotish with the analytical precision of software engineering and product management, he brings a distinctive, practical and research-oriented approach to understanding life's challenges and opportunities.
His journey into astrology began with the inspiration and guidance of his late father, Shri Rambabu Goswami Ji, a respected astrologer whose knowledge, dedication and passion for Jyotish left a lasting impression on him. Following in his father's footsteps, Acharya Krishan Goswami devoted himself to studying and practising astrology, carrying forward his legacy while developing his own analytical and contemporary approach.
With formal education in astrology from the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS), including Jyotish Visharad (a Master's-level astrology qualification) and Jyotish Praveen (Diploma in Astrology), he combines traditional astrological principles with structured horoscope analysis to offer thoughtful and personalised guidance.
A Unique Blend of Astrology, Technology & Entrepreneurship
Beyond individual consultations, Acharya Krishan Goswami has contributed to the digital transformation of astrology in India. Drawing on his background in software engineering and product management, he has helped a couple of India's leading astrology platforms build and scale their online businesses, bringing together astrology services, technology and digital product innovation.
As the Founder of Astro Vistara and its Principal Astrologer, he envisions making authentic Vedic astrology more accessible through a trusted digital experience, one that respects traditional knowledge while embracing the possibilities of modern technology.
A Practical, Research-Oriented Approach
Known for his logical thinking and methodical horoscope analysis, Acharya Krishan Goswami studies planetary placements, dashas, transits and other relevant astrological factors before offering guidance. He specialises in Phalit Jyotish (Predictive Astrology), providing personalised guidance on Career & Profession, Marriage & Relationships, Finance & Business, Health & Well-being (as a complement to appropriate medical care), Prashna Jyotish, and Personal Growth & Life Coaching.
His philosophy is simple: astrology should help people understand their circumstances, explore possibilities and make informed decisions, not create fear or unnecessary dependence. His suggested remedies emphasise simplicity, practicality and accessibility, drawing upon traditional Vedic astrological principles without unnecessary complexity or extravagant expense.
